Siemens Energy has established a partnership with eMeter, a leading provider of Smart Grid management software, to build three Global Centers of Competence for smart energy services. The centers will be located in Houston, Texas; Vienna, Austria; and Nottingham, England.

The centers employ best-practice implementation technologies, products, and business process automation techniques to provide their customers with complete smart service solutions. Experts from Siemens and eMeter also offer personalized guidance to help customers design, deploy, and operate their Smart Grid investments to meet business goals.

The center in Houston, Texas will be serving its customers from the Americas. Customers from mainland Europe may avail of the smart energy services from the center located in Vienna, Austria, while the center in Nottingham, England will be serving customers from other countries.
